Get the royal treatment: The Royal Wedding Menu to be served at Operakällaren exclusively 24 May – 9 July!

At last year’s big bash, Stefano Catenacci was the Chef behind the H.R.H. Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel’s grand wedding dinner. On 19 June at the Royal Castle in Stockholm, a menu composed of a starter with a trio of cold delicacies, two main courses based on char and veal, a delicious summery dessert - and to finish off - some pastry delicacies from Operakällaren's own patisserie was served. The dinner was commended by both the guests and the couple themselves as well as by the attending media, combining local and seasonal produce in an exquisite way. This menu will now be available to the public on a time-limited offer at Operakällaren’s Main Dining Room, 24 May – 9 July.

Operakällaren is Purveyor to His Majesty the King and has ever since 1961 been responsible for all catering to banquets and dinners at the Royal Castle. Operakällaren and Stefano Catenacci have over the years been presented with numerous prizes and awards, among those ‘Sweden’s Best Restaurant 2010’ and ‘Best Wine Experience 2011’ in White Guide.
