Nobis Hotel Palma Honored as One of the World's Most Beautiful Hotels at the Prix Versailles 2024

Nobis Hospitality Group proudly announces that Nobis Hotel Palma has been listed as one of the world’s most beautiful hotels by Prix Versailles 2024, an esteemed award recognizing excellence in architecture and design within the hospitality industry.

The award ceremony took place at the iconic UNESCO Headquarters in Paris on December 2nd, where global leaders in design and culture gathered to celebrate the transformative power of architecture in tourism.

The Prix Versailles is renowned for highlighting establishments that seamlessly harmonize cultural heritage with modern innovation. Nobis Hotel Palma, housed in one of Palma’s oldest and most historically significant buildings, embodies this vision. Originally a 12th-century Muslim palace, the structure has been meticulously restored by Spanish architects Jordi Herrero Arquitectos and Eduardo Garcia Acuna Arquitectos, in collaboration with Swedish interior architects Wingårdhs. Together, they preserved the building’s centuries-old architectural layers while introducing contemporary elements, resulting in a harmonious blend of history and modernity.

Situated in the heart of Palma de Mallorca, Nobis Hotel Palma has become a sanctuary for sophisticated travelers seeking timeless elegance, exceptional service, and sustainable luxury. Its design masterfully combines Scandinavian refinement with the historic charm of its Mediterranean surroundings, offering guests a unique and memorable experience.

- This honor is a true reflection of the vision and dedication of our entire team, from the architects and designers to our hospitality professionals, all of whom work tirelessly to create an exceptional and unforgettable experience for our guests. We are incredibly proud to contribute to Palma’s rich cultural and architectural legacy and to be recognized for the unique blend of history and modernity that defines Nobis Hotel Palma, says Andreas Cavallius, Vice President of Nobis Hospitality Group.

Nobis Hotel Palma is part of Nobis Hospitality Group, a family-owned company renowned for its curated collection of lifestyle and design hotels across Scandinavia and Europe. Each property reflects a steadfast commitment to design, innovation, and hospitality excellence.
